World Day of the Poor

The first "World Day of the Poor" is celebrated this year on Sunday 19 November 2017. Going forward, it will be celebrated annually on the 33rd Sunday of Ordinary Time, a week before the Solemnity of Christ the King. Here is a link to  the Message of the Holy Father for this particular World Day.
