Update on Immaculate Conception Church in Al-Ma'ala, Aden

21 May 2015 (Abu Dhabi).

The news reported earlier on our website stated that the Immaculate Conception Church in Al-Ma'alla, Aden had been destroyed in bombing. Later reports enable us to provide more details on the extent of the damage caused to the Church and the adjoining priests' residence. T he outer structures of both the buildings still stand. However the church interiors, walls, windows and ceilings sustain severe damages.

As of date, no casualties among the Christian faithful are reported.
