Bishop Paul Hinder, Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia, has issued a communique regarding the Association “Holy Spirit Interactive” and the ministries of Mr. Aneel Aranha.
Below is the text of the announcement:
Holy Spirit Interactive (HSI), an Association of Faith and Outreach, was established by me as a public association of the Christian Faithful on 06th August 2012 and I approved its statutes and appointed Mr. Aneel Aranha as its Moderator. The association meanwhile has spread to other dioceses through its ministries such as the Schools of Discipleship.
Through this communication, I would like to bring to the notice of the clergy and the faithful of our Vicariate that because of some serious concerns brought to our awareness and after a due process, I have revoked all the permissions given to Mr. Aneel Aranha and to his ministries and, through a Decree of 13th March 2021, I have also suppressed the Holy Spirit Interactive (HSI), an association of Faith and Outreach, public association of the Christian Faithful.
The “Schools of Discipleship” may continue to function in our Vicariate parishes as part of the pastoral program of the respective parish and under the sole responsibility of the parish priest.
Bishop Paul Hinder OFM Cap. Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia
