The annual Teens United For Faith (TUFF) retreat for the Northern Emirates was held at St. Mary's School Ras Al Khaimah on 06 February 2022. Around 250 teens participated during the event from various parishes of the Northern Emirates. The theme of this year's meeting was on "Synod 2023".
All the teens discussed the "Fundamental Question" of the Synod and the "10 thematic nuclei" within small groups. Group leaders presented the synthesis in front of all the participants. The summaries displayed the lively engagement that characterized the listening sessions. The teens also held a Q&A session with Bishop Paul. Popular music band Master Plan animated the teens and led them in praise and worship. The conference closed with Adoration, Confession and Holy Mass.
A similar TUFF conference for the Abu Dhabi Emirate will take place on Sunday 27 February 2022.
